What is CONSCIOUSNESS?

CONSCIOUSNESS CREATES OUR REALITY

Consciousness is a fundamental building block of nature and existence. It creates the entire matter in which we live. Each moment occurs because our consciousness has created it. Consciousness is universal. Our world is the result of the common creation of our collective consciousness. Life would not exist without consciousness!

Consciousness is the awareness of existence, the potential for all experience. It has been described as the state of being awake and aware of what is happening around us, having a sense of self. It seems to be an awareness beyond what the eyes can see, the ears can hear, the body can touch.

Every living entity carries a certain form of consciousness that behaves according to its species. Each family, group, organization, corporation and community has a collective consciousness. It was once believed that only living beings - such as humans and animals - were conscious. What has finally gained academic credibility is the knowledge that everything—from plants, landscapes and stones to inanimate things like buildings, equipment, tools, projects and businesses—have a consciousness. All objects carry the energetic signature of the person who created them.

DIFFERENT LEVELS OF CONSCIOUSNESS

Our Waking Consciousness can be defined as the state of consciousness you experience when you are awake and aware of your thoughts, feelings and perceptions from internal events and the surrounding environment. It includes all the sensations, perceptions, memories of past experiences, as well as logical and critical thinking, and willpower to make choices. Our Waking Consciousness makes up 5% of our human consciousness.

Therefore 95% of our consciousness is called Sub-Consciousness. This part consists of all the things that we are unaware of, like unconscious beliefs and inherited emotional responses, childhood conditioning, social and cultural programming, epigenetic imprinting, automatic ways of being, protective reflexes, hidden fears and habits, involuntary feelings and unexplainable over-reactions.

In addition, diverse spiritual practices have explored further states of consciousness such as sleep consciousness, dream consciousness, soul consciousness, cosmic consciousness, divine consciousness and unity consciousness. As each state unfolds within us, we are opened up to a new, more expanded reality.

CONSCIOUSNESS PERMEATES REALITY

Rather than being just a unique feature of human subjective experience, consciousness is the foundation of the universe, present in every particle and all physical matter. Panpsychism, one of the oldest philosophical theories, says that consciousness is a universal and primordial feature of all things. Consciousness is a fundamental component of physical matter. Everything possesses consciousness, down to the smallest particle of matter.

COLLECTIVE CONSCIOUSNESS

Consciousness encompasses numerous areas that are expressed both individually and collectively. Every human being is part of a larger collective, and we all are connected in a shared field of consciousness. Collective consciousness is defined as the set of shared beliefs, ideas and moral attitudes, which operate as a unifying force within society. This limits us to adhere to certain basic rules in various areas of life that are accepted as “normal.”

We all are involved in the appearance of our world. It is easy to identify the state of our collective consciousness by observing the condition of our planet. Our current reality is marked by the dominance of man perpetuating a fear-based reality to satisfy the constant need for control. We disregard the basic laws of nature and contribute too little to sustainably living a life in harmony with our home planet. It is a recognized fact that our unconscious behavior turns our environment increasingly against us. Since our human behavior is determined by the evolutionary state of our conscious development, it is obvious how immature we are as a society. We cannot survive as a human race if we continue on our current path. Regenerative changes are only possible if new actions come from the depths of an altered consciousness.

In our current world situation, we can only achieve fundamental change by changing the consciousness of as many people as possible! In an effort to increase the impact of our work and speed up the process, we have joined forces with international consciousness researchers. Together we explore ways in which humanity can fundamentally change in consciousness to counter the trend of self-destruction. That is why we consider our research a service to the Greater Whole.

A NEW MANUAL FOR CONSCIOUSNESS

Human consciousness is enormously complex, and hardly anyone understands how to change or restructure it. We must first recognize that it is NOT the mind that determines what happens in our lives, BUT consciousness! Every human being is a representation of their consciousness. Each single modification in consciousness changes our lives.

Everyone is responsible for the transformation of his/her consciousness. By developing the ability to be self-observant and redirect our thinking process, we begin to notice when feelings of discomfort, opposition or resistance appear. The awareness of those feelings becomes the gateway to recode your consciousness. The PONO Institute has developed a powerful protocol (OPTIMIZE YOUR SOURCE CODE™) to remove what sabotages our freedom and fulfillment.

CONSCIOUSNESS STRUCTURES

Nature is built upon consciousness structures. Our entire civilization is organized into environmental, economic, governmental, religious and social structures. Every company, organization and corporation has its structured hierarchy. Our bodies are also permeated by consciousness structures: matter, cells, organs, systems and energy. First a consciousness structure is created, and then life develops based upon its configuration!

A consciousness structure is not fixed. It is a dynamic part that cooperates, alive with an ability to learn and expand. It is constantly striving to evolve. Whether the structure is useful or not, it grows and evolves. Our lives are built on many incarnations; no one knows all that has happened, or what is hidden deep within our consciousness. Therefore, it is of utmost importance to identify the crucial structures of our lives, in particular those that control us in ways that are not beneficial.

THE CONSCIOUSNESS OF THE BODY

The PONO Institute research includes studying the consciousness of the physical body and the factors that influence it. Functioning as a vehicle for consciousness, the body is a tool given to us to facilitate the fullest expression of our truest nature. Human bodies are optimally designed to experience everything that is in store for us during this lifetime. The body’s physique enables us to accomplish all the things that we choose. It literally carries us to any place we want to be.

Each human body consists of innumerable individual parts and groups of consciousness. Every single part of the body has its own consciousness that can be accessed and addressed when we are not feeling well. At the same time, the collective of the physical structure of the body—the organs, systems, tissues and cells that make up the whole body—has a collective consciousness as well.Through our research, we have been successful in accessing all the consciousness structures of the body. We now can retrieve information to find the cause of specific illnesses; address irritations, physical ailments and disease; and find the optimal path of SELF-healing. also include the necessary modifications to our body consciousness to sustain the expansion of our being with ease.

It is our responsibility to care for and nurture our body and see it as a sanctuary so it can perform its service and support us on our path, unrestricted, to old age. In contrast to how most people experience aging today, we have the ability to fully sustain our body functions as we become older. It is impossible to fulfil our life’s purpose when our body is suffering, dysfunctional and declining. We won’t achieve a life of happiness, fulfillment and love when our body is not in a similar frequency.

At The PONO Institute we have developed a regenerative protocol to keep our bodies vital and beautiful, operate on the highest energetic vibration, and maintain limitless well-being at any age.
